Mrs. Recchia is an Associate at Anderson & Shah, LLC. Her practice focuses on employment, constitutional, and personal injury litigation.

As a former prosecutor, Mrs. Recchia has extensive litigation experience in both New Jersey and New York. Mrs. Recchia began her career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted various matters, including misdemeanor sex offenses and DUI’s. Most recently, Mrs. Recchia was an Assistant Prosecutor at the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, where she prosecuted domestic violence cases throughout all stages of the criminal process.

Mrs. Recchia is a graduate of New York Law School and is currently admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. She is also fluent in Italian.
