Biography

Mrs. Swinarsky is an Associate at Anderson & Shah, LLC. Her practice focuses on employment litigation matters.

Mrs. Swinarsky is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law, where she participated in the Criminal Defense Clinic, representing indigent clients for misdemeanor offenses, and worked with Operation Stand Down Rhode Island, representing veterans in traffic offenses. While in law school, Mrs. Swinarsky interned at the United States Coast Guard’s First District legal office, in Boston, MA, where she worked on Military Justice cases. Mrs. Swinarsky also interned with the Stockton Center for International Law at the Naval War College located in Newport, RI, where she worked with a United States Coast Guard Judge Advocate General, on Maritime and Internation law issues, as well as reviewing and editing articles submitted for the International Law Studies Journal.

In addition to her internships, Mrs. Swinarsky worked with the Roger Williams University School of Law, Feinstein Center for Pro Bono and Experiential Education, to complete over 100 hours of pro bono legal services during law school.

Prior to law school, Mrs. Swinarsky attended Berkeley College of New Jersey, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in legal studies. During her time at Berkeley College, Mrs. Swinarsky interned for the Honorable Judge Daniel J. Yablonsky, J.S.C., in the Family Division of the Passaic County Courthouse, where she worked closely with the Judge’s law clerk.

Mrs. Swinarsky is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
