Prior to joining Anderson & Shah, LLC, Mr. Santer served as Staff Counsel for liability insurance carriers. In that capacity, he acquired significant experience in investigating and defending against claims of personal injury and premises liability. Before then, Mr. Santer worked at a regional law firm and was involved in the pursuit of fraudulent insurance transfer actions. Mr. Santer also served as a judicial law clerk to Associate Justice Anne M. Patterson of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
