Edward I. Brazaitis, Jr. is an Associate at Anderson & Shah, LLC and practices general defense litigation.
Prior to joining Anderson & Shah, Mr. Brazaitis worked at a plaintiff’s side employment law firm, where he gained experience assisting victims of discrimination and unlawful retaliation in the workplace.
In Law School, Mr. Brazaitis was selected to the Chicago-Kent Trial Advocacy Team, which has been ranked year after year by U.S. News & World Report as a Top 10 Trial Advocacy program nationally. As a member of the Trial Team, Mr. Brazaitis competed in the 2020 Syracuse National Trial Competition, as well as the 2021 American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition. He also graduated from law school with a J.D. Certificate of Business Law.
Mr. Brazaitis earned his Bachelor of Arts with Cum Laude Honors, having majored in psychology with minors in political science and criminology. During college, Mr. Brazaitis worked as an intern at the Essex County Correctional Facility in Newark, New Jersey. Mr. Brazaitis is a Brother of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, having served in college as the Chapter Editor for the Iota-Psi Chapter.
Mr. Brazaitis is admitted to practice law in New Jersey. He is also fluent in Lithuanian and can speak and read Russian at a more basic level
