Before joining Anderson & Shah, LLC, Ms. Sult was an associate at a prominent civil litigation firm in Ocean County where she represented clients on both the plaintiff and defense side in a variety of areas including personal injury and property disputes. Prior to her employment in private practice, Ms. Sult was an Assistant Prosecutor in Middlesex County where she prosecuted hundreds of cases ranging from simple shoplifting offenses to attempted murders and gang-related violent crimes. During her tenure with the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, she tried numerous cases to verdict in jury trials. She also handled multiple testimonial motions, and was heavily involved in the office’s response and implementation of New Jersey’s Criminal Justice Reform.
Prior to becoming an Assistant Prosecutor, Ms. Sult served honorably on active duty in the United States Air Force’s Judge Advocate General Corps. As a military attorney, Ms. Sult prosecuted numerous courts-martial and represented the government in military discharge hearings as well as labor and employment arbitrations. She also served as one of the first Special Victims’ Counsels in the Air Force, providing independent legal representation to victims of military sexual assault.
Ms. Sult is a graduate of New York Law School. She also attended and graduated from Immaculata University, where she studied English Literature. Ms. Sult is a member of the New Jersey Bar, and is also admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals.
