“Anderson & Shah” founded by two individuals who were previously partners at top-25 New Jersey law firms, Anderson Shah combines the sophistication and expertise of large law firms with the agility and lower costs of smaller firms.

Mr. Shah is a distinguished trial attorney with a knack for finding outside-the-box solutions. He represents clients in a wide range of industries, including commercial real estate, federal and state procurement, pharmaceutical and consumer electronics manufacturing, restaurants, as well as government officials and entities.

Ms Anderson specializes in litigation defence, specializing in Tort Claims Act defence, FELA, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, railway accidents, civil rights, wrongful death, property damage and professional malpractice claims. Her clients include municipalities, government organizations, railways, school boards, large and small businesses and their insurers. Ms Anderson has experience in all stages of civil litigation, including trial and appellate practice.

Our litigation experience includes claims involving commercial and shareholder disputes, constitutional law, employment discrimination, professional malpractice, general tort liability, FELA, non-compete agreements, and federal bid protests.

Our subject matter versatility is matched only by our deep familiarity and experience with both federal and state courts in New Jersey.

Our attorneys have personally handled—not just merely attached their names to—more than 120 federal cases in the last eight years, including in Camden, Trenton and Newark. We regularly appear before New Jersey state trial courts in every county.

Our appellate capabilities rival those found in large firm “litigation departments” and extend to the United States Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the New Jersey Supreme Court and the New Jersey Appellate Division.
